Terms of Service
Terms governing use of the Content Ashway website and register documentation services.
1. Acceptance
By accessing content-ashway.click or engaging Content Ashway Co., Ltd. (“Content Ashway,” “we,” “us”) for register documentation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
Content Ashway provides archival custody register preparation, binding workshops, and documentation review sessions. We do not custody digital assets, execute transactions, recover lost keys, or provide investment recommendations. Service scope is defined in your engagement confirmation.
3. Client responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of entries you write in your register, storage of completed volumes, and compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to ask our staff to copy, store, or transmit seed phrases, private keys, or passphrases electronically.
4. Intellectual property
Website text, register templates, and binding designs are owned by Content Ashway Co., Ltd. You receive a personal license to use bound registers for your own custody documentation. You may not reproduce our templates for commercial resale without written permission.
5. Appointments and cancellation
Session times are confirmed by email. Cancellation more than 72 hours before a session receives a full deposit refund. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Ashway is not liable for loss of assets, inability to access wallets, or damages arising from your custody decisions or register contents. Our liability for any claim related to services is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Content Ashway against claims arising from your register contents, storage practices, or misuse of our materials.
8. Website use
You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to compromise the website. Automated access for competitive intelligence is prohibited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeju, South Korea.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
