Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to register setup sessions, annual reviews, and binding workshops booked through Content Ashway Co., Ltd. Materials are prepared per client; refund rules reflect scheduling and material costs.

Deposits

Register setup: 30% deposit required to confirm date. Binding sessions: paid in full at booking. Annual reviews: may be paid at session or in advance per invoice terms.

Full refund

You receive a full refund when:

• You cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time
• Content Ashway cancels the session and cannot reschedule within 30 days
• We determine we cannot serve your request before work begins

Partial refund

• Cancellation 24–72 hours before start: 50% of fees paid retained for scheduling costs
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before start: deposit forfeited; remaining prepaid balance refunded if applicable

Non-refundable items

• Materials cut or personalized with your register number after binding begins
• Completed binding work once the volume leaves our office
• Travel expenses already incurred for agreed on-site work outside Jeju
• No-show without prior notice: full session fee charged

Rescheduling

One free reschedule with 72+ hours notice per engagement. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩35,000 administrative fee if materials were reserved.

Refund process

Email hello@content-ashway.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds process within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Work already started

If a setup session begins and you choose to stop, fees for time elapsed and materials used are non-refundable. Partial registers remain your property.

Disputes

We aim to resolve concerns directly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
