2. Data we collect
- Contact inquiries: name, email, message content, optional service selection and preferred date
- Service engagements: scheduling details, billing name and address, correspondence
- Website usage: essential cookies and, if you consent, analytics cookies (see Cookie Policy)
- We do not collect: seed phrases, private keys, wallet balances, or register entry contents
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver booked services, issue invoices, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating our business, and consent where required (analytics cookies).
4. Retention
Inquiry form submissions: 24 months unless a service relationship continues. Client records: 7 years after last engagement for tax and dispute purposes. Analytics data: 14 months. Cookie consent preference: until you clear browser storage.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Processors may include email hosting, calendar scheduling, and payment providers bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose data when required by Korean law or court order.
6. International transfers
Primary storage is in South Korea. If we use processors outside Korea, we implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable transfer requirements.
7. Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent for analytics. 8. Security
We use TLS for website traffic, access controls on office systems, and staff training on confidentiality. No method of transmission is completely secure; please avoid sending secrets by email.
9. Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
