Custody registers
Custody Register Formats
Bound register layouts for single-wallet holders, multisig estates, and succession planning—each with archival materials and indexing conventions.
Formats we bind
Each format below is a starting template. During your session we adapt section order, tab labels, and cross-reference style to match how you store keys.
Single-Volume Custody Register
For one to three wallets. Sections cover device inventory, seed entry pages (written by you), passphrase notes, storage map, and amendment log. Smyth-sewn binding, 96 pages.
Linked Pair Registers
Two volumes with matching cross-reference codes—one for daily custody, one for cold archive or successor handoff. Used by couples and small family offices.
Multisig Coordinator Register
Signer roles, quorum notes, hardware identifiers, and recovery rehearsal log. Does not replace your wallet software—documents who holds which key.
Compact Travel Register
Smaller footprint for clients who split time between residences. Location hints only—no seed pages. Pairs with a full register kept at home base.
Materials
- Acid-free text paper (120 gsm)
- Archival pigment liners provided at session
- Linen-thread binding with cloth-covered boards
- Optional fire-resistant pouches fitted to register dimensions
Companion application
For clients who want a digital index alongside paper, our Offline Wallet Tracker application on the Microsoft Store mirrors register section names—entries remain on your device. Paper remains the authoritative record.
